Fulfillment Policy

All orders are fulfilled in our standard fulfillment timeframe of 3-5 business days.

All orders are shipped via FEDEX Express or FEDEX Ground.

All orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of order placement.

We can not accept returns of our products since they are food items unless they are received damaged or damaged in transit.

If you receive a damaged package please contact us @gourmetcreations@yahoo.com within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
